Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore whatever is on your mind—whether it’s anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress, relationship struggles, ADHD, substance use, or times of transition. I also understand the unique experiences and questions that can arise around Jewish identity, family, and community.
With over 35 years of experience, I bring a compassionate and culturally sensitive perspective to my work. I visit Israel regularly and appreciate the deep and often complex connection many people feel with the country and its events.
Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable and collaborative for you—building insight, strengthening resilience, and helping you move from feeling stuck toward meaningful and lasting change. Our work will focus on developing practical tools to navigate challenges, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate greater self-compassion and inner calm. Many clients feel more empowered and at ease after just a few sessions, whether meeting in person or via telehealth.
My approach is tailored to each individual, couple, or family. I integrate CBT and DBT with trauma-informed and family systems perspectives, combining practical skill-building with thoughtful exploration. Wherever you are starting from, we will work together with curiosity, respect, and hope toward the life you want to live.
We'll be available to share more exciting information about our Israel Experience this summer, including some of the incredible pieces of the itinerary we won't be posting on the website! We'll also be on hand to answer questions and help support you as you navigate moving forward in hopes of joining us!
