As a holistic therapist I interweave a variety of modalities that support you as a whole person – a body, mind, spirit, and soul.
I tend to work with deeply sensitive women who are either spiritual seekers or spiritually curious. Many of my clients often identify as cycle breakers and the black sheep in their family and struggle to find a sense of belonging in their adult lives. I also work with couples who are navigating tricky life phases, like new parenthood, and are looking to achieve deeper emotional safety and connection in their relationship. Additionally, I welcome high school age girls in my practice, who are navigating the turbulent teenage years.
I may be the right therapist for you if it feels like your whole life just imploded with a major life change. I can help you process the fear and grief that accompanies these changes and support you in ushering in a new chapter.
I also may be a good fit for you if it feels like younger, wounded parts of you are keeping you stuck. I’m passionate about lovingly tending to those younger parts, so that your mature, confident, and authentic self can thrive.
My style is warm, relational, and deeply empathic. Our connection and a shared sense that we are a good fit for one another is essential for the success of therapy. I place a high value on forming a strong therapeutic relationship so that you can feel safe and supported to do the hard work that is necessary for lasting change.
I incorporate Depth Psychotherapy approaches such as Jungian Psychology, Archetypal Psychology, and mythology with somatic (body-oriented) therapy, Attachment Theory, and parts and inner child work.
Additionally, I have extensive training in yoga, including a Master of Arts in Yoga Studies where I studied the embodied practices and philosophical foundations of yoga and other Indian spiritual traditions. I may draw upon these traditions in our work together.
I am currently practicing under auspices of Grateful Heart Holistic Therapy Center where I am under the Supervision of Rayne Banneck, LMFT#124607.
