I believe that we all possess the strengths necessary to shift thoughts, feelings and behaviors so as to meet our full potential. As a therapist, I value and create a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment for individuals, couples, and families who wish to explore underlying issues. I realize that coming to see a therapist and opening up are acts of trust and are not always easy to achieve. In your work with me, I hope you will feel accepted and understood and experience our work as an ongoing process that we co-create.
