Healing begins when we experience ourselves differently, in relationship, in our bodies, and in the stories we tell about our lives. As a Jewish therapist, I understand that our emotional lives are shaped by our personal experiences, our families, our traditions, and generations of history. My family has advocated for Jewish rights and the well-being of the Jewish community for three generations, giving me a deep appreciation for both the resilience and the challenges that can accompany Jewish identity.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use, questions of Jewish identity, the impact of antisemitism, concerns about Israel, or the lasting effects of early experiences, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a space where you can speak openly without having to explain or defend your identity or lived experiences.
For more than 30 years, I’ve helped individuals, couples, and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, heal from trauma, and create lives with greater clarity, purpose, hope, and meaning. I welcome Jewish clients from every background and level of observance.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I integrate Logotherapy, Corrective Attachment Therapy, Brainspotting, relational and family systems perspectives, somatic therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), bibliotherapy, and NADA Acudetox to support meaningful, lasting change.
I don’t believe therapy is about fixing people. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your values, your story, and your strengths. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and hope.
