I have over 15 years of experience as a Psychotherapist and 20 years as a yoga and meditation teacher. I help teens and adults feel better and empowered.
I use behavior change skills like DBT, family systems therapy, mindfulness and somatic practices to help you with difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and burnout.
