Hi! Peter here. Originally from sunny Burbank, California, I come into the therapy room with a passion for storytelling as therapy. After earning my Bachelor’s degree from Cal State Northridge, I worked in the entertainment industry before heading back to school and completing my Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy at Loma Linda University. Working at the Loma Linda University Behavioral Medicine Center during my degree introduced me to working with adolescents, and taught me the value of meeting my clients where they’re at.
People who come into Peter’s office find a space of empathy and understanding, where humor, metaphor, and sometimes just plain horse sense come together to help you become the main character of your life. With training in a variety of therapy types and a constant desire to learn more and be better, I bring an eclectic mix of therapies into each session, tailoring my approach to each individual client. Whatever it is that brings you to therapy, I look forward to helping you and getting to witness your growth.
When I’m not at work, you can find me traveling with my wife, running a game of Dungeons & Dragons for my friends, or keeping myself active through circuit training and martial arts.
