Welcome! I’m truly grateful you’re here and deeply honored that our paths have crossed. I believe that the heart of healing lies within the safety and connection of the therapeutic relationship. My approach is deeply rooted in empathy, presence, and genuine care. I don’t take lightly the trust it takes to show up and be seen, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you. As a Jewish woman and clinician, my heritage offers a deep well of spiritual and cultural wisdom that I carry into the therapy room. In Judaism, there is a concept called tikkun hanefesh, the healing and restoration of the soul. This sacred idea reminds us that healing is not only possible, it’s a vital, courageous act of becoming whole again. It is from this place of reverence, compassion, and resilience that I approach the work we do together.
My clinical experience includes working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, trauma, grief and loss, co-parenting, and relational issues. My theoretical approach is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care, as well as utilizing an integrative, holistic approach to emotional health and wellbeing.
My speciality includes working with individuals who are navigating the often challenging paths of trauma, attachment wounds, and relational complexities. The bonds we form in our earliest relationships become the foundation of how we experience love, safety, and belonging in the world. I understand how deeply these experiences can echo through every aspect of life, work, and relationships. I employ a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique experiences helping you build a more secure sense of self and fulfilling connections with others.
Wherever you are on your healing journey, I will meet you there, with compassion, curiosity, and care. Together, we will create a space where your story is held with tenderness and where your pain is never too much. We will honor your resilience, gently tend to the wounds that remain, and move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and grounded for you.
