I’m a Jewish therapist with deep roots in Jewish life and learning. I’m comfortable with clients whose relationship to Judaism is secular, observant, questioning, complicated, or changing. You won’t need to translate the cultural shorthand or explain why identity, belonging, family, community, and history can carry so many layers at once.
I provide individual therapy to adults across Colorado, often working with neurodivergent adults and men who look like they’re holding things together while privately feeling anxious, exhausted, numb, or stuck. Some are navigating recovery; others are carrying trauma, grief, depression, burnout, or a loss of meaning. My work is warm and direct, drawing primarily on acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered and existential work, motivational interviewing, and narrative approaches.
I’m an MSW and Colorado Licensed Social Worker (LSW), with extensive advanced clinical behavioral health training. Sessions are available by telehealth across Colorado, in person in Boulder, and through outdoor walking sessions around Lafayette. The fee is $150 for 50 minutes, with limited sliding-scale availability and superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement. The first 15-minute consultation is free.
