I’m a Jewish therapist with deep roots in Jewish life and learning, at home across the spectrum from secular to observant. I understand what often goes unspoken in a therapy room, from identity and belonging to the things you shouldn’t have to explain to be understood. Whatever your relationship to Judaism, you won’t have to translate yourself here.
I work with adults, young adults, and older adults, often male-identifying, navigating coping that quietly takes over, trauma, anxiety, depression, and the exhaustion of holding it together while looking like you’re managing. Some are in recovery. Many wouldn’t use that word. What my clients share is a sense of surviving their life instead of living it, with trauma, grief, or lost meaning underneath. My work is relational and experiential, drawing on ACT, existential and person-centered approaches, motivational interviewing, and narrative work. Trauma-informed and neurodivergence-affirming.
I see clients over video and for outdoor walking sessions in the Boulder and Lafayette area. Currently private pay only with superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
