My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer fit who they’re becoming. I’m warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to, but I’m also direct. One of the questions I ask most in session is, “Okay, so what are we going to do about it?” I believe in giving you space to vent and feel, while also staying focused on helping you make real, tangible progress toward the life you want to build.
I have experience providing therapy in Spanish and Portuguese, and value creating space to honor and explore the people, values, and experiences that have shaped you. I have a strong connection to my Jewish identity and feel very comfortable exploring religion and spirituality in therapy. I know the importance of working with someone who understands your background and culture. These lived experiences help me connect with clients from many different backgrounds and offer care that is thoughtful, culturally responsive, and grounded in understanding.
I know the desire for someone to wave a magic wand and make everything feel better — while I can’t do that, I can offer support, honest feedback, and guidance. I work best with motivated clients who are ready to show up, try new things, and work toward meaningful change. If you’re looking for your biggest cheerleader, someone to take you seriously, get straight to the point, and help you feel empowered to take back control of your life — I’m your gal.
