I received my M.A. in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University in December 2025 with academic distinction and a member of Chi Sigma Iota, the counseling academic and professional honor society. I am currently a pre-licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and I am eager to continue my commitment to destigmatizing help-seeking behaviors and resultant underutilization of therapeutic services in a private-practice setting.
I specialize in supporting adults who present with anxiety, depression, attachment and relationship trauma, grief, and life transitions and identity development over the lifespan. I have clinical experience counseling adult men experiencing suicidality and homicidality after recent release from incarceration, and intend to continue my advocacy in these specific clinical areas throughout my career.
My integration of psychodynamic and person-centered counseling approaches in alignment with individuals’ personal values fosters therapeutic relationships founded upon compassion, empathy, curiosity, reliability, and safety, offering space for personal growth while collaboratively managing discomfort and ambiguity. The relationships I have built with clients have been paramount to their progress inside and outside the counseling room, and I look forward to the opportunities to witness countless more powerful moments throughout my career.
