When my clients develop the skill of self-compassion, they experience positive changes in many areas of their lives. I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), who often struggle to see their own strengths. I have this trait, which allows me to understand what you are going through on an intuitive level. I also work with couples, helping them to uncover the deeper layer beneath their arguments and to develop a more satisfying intimacy for both.
It is important to me to create a safe place for people of all ethnicities, identities, and orientations. My Jewish clients report that knowing that I am also Jewish makes them feel especially safe and understood working with me. In sessions, I use mindfulness techniques and my style is also informed by IFS (Internal Family Systems).
