Hello! My name is Karin and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Holistic Health Coach. I’m here to help you discover the healing that your mind and body are capable of. I work one-on-one to identify lifestyle and emotional patterns that might play a bigger role in their physical health and wellbeing. Together, through our regular talk therapy sessions, we start to uncover how your personal habits around sleep, nutrition, and exercise contribute to your overall mental health. My goal is to help you identify the root issue, and guide and support you toward healing, self-empowerment, and ultimately finding the inner-confidence and peace that you’ve been longing for.
