Profile

I am a dedicated mental health therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate their unique journeys. I believe in the power of empathy, safety, and humor to foster a therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I work with adolescents (12+), young adults, and adults who are dealing with a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, sexuality, self-esteem, grief, ADHD, and trauma. I understand that each person’s experience is unique, and I am committed to helping you find solutions and coping skills that work for you.
 
I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Motivational Interviewing. I offer in-home, in-community, and telehealth services. I believe in meeting clients where they are, both literally and figuratively. This flexibility allows me to provide support when and where it’s most needed.
 
In our sessions, you can expect a blend of seriousness and light-heartedness. I believe that humor can be a powerful tool in therapy, helping to make difficult topics more approachable and the therapeutic process more enjoyable.
