I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher dedicated to working with women who are in flux, such as life before, during and after college, pregnancy and parenthood.
With a focus on relationships, career issues, marriage, anxiety, sleep, depression and, most importantly, self-care, I have a fierce interest in helping women find balance and contentment.
Utilizing an integrative approach to treatment, I incorporate elements of mindfulness practices, insight-oriented, humanistic and meaning-centered therapies.
Together, we will focus on your individual narrative as a way to assist you in identifying and examining the patterns through which you move through your life and its transitions.
