I specialize in supporting adults ages 40 and older—including individuals, couples, and families—as they navigate the opportunities and challenges of midlife and later life. My practice focuses on aging, health concerns, caregiving, career transitions, changing family roles, relationships, grief and loss, and the experiences that invite reflection, adaptation, and discovery.
Using a pro-aging, medically informed, integrative approach to psychotherapy, I draw from evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. I provide culturally responsive care that honors Jewish identity, values, family, and tradition, and welcome clients from across the spectrum of Jewish backgrounds and levels of observance. Together, we work to strengthen relationships, navigate life’s complexities, and foster meaningful personal growth.
