Right now, being Jewish can feel heavy. Whether you are navigating the complexities of an intercultural marriage, the weight of inherited history, or the isolating anxiety of a post-October 7th world, you shouldn’t have to “translate” your identity to your therapist. You deserve a space where your heritage is understood as your strength, not just a footnote.
Healing isn’t just about what we think; it’s about how we carry our lives in our bodies. My practice uses an integrative, “bottom-up” approach, meaning we don’t just stay in our heads. We use Somatic Experiencing and Movement to release the physical tension of “high alert” living, and Expressive Arts to give a voice to things that words can’t quite capture.
By blending Parts Work with Ecotherapy and Experiential processing, we address your challenges from all angles. This allows us to work through deep-seated patterns and “stuck” emotions—shifting not just your perspective, but your actual physiological sense of safety and well-being.
My practice is deeply informed by the beautiful, complex tapestry of Jewish life. As the grandchild of Holocaust survivors with Moroccan and Israeli roots, I understand the interplay between ancestral resilience and intergenerational trauma. I know that for us, history isn’t just in books—it’s at our dinner tables.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate:
Post-Oct 7th Anxiety & Identity: Processing the unique isolation, grief, and heightened antisemitism of our current moment.
Intercultural & Interfaith Partnerships: Finding harmony when different worlds meet, especially regarding traditions and values.
The Nuances of Parenting: Raising proud, grounded Jewish children with joy rather than fear.
Mizrahi & Ashkenazi Fusion: Navigating the specific cultural nuances of the Sephardic/Mizrahi experience.
I provide a “culturally fluent” therapeutic environment. I understand the Moroccan warmth, the Israeli directness, and the deep sensitivity required to process our shared history. Whether we are talking, moving, or creating, we will work together to help you reclaim your vitality and your peace.
We'll be available to share more exciting information about our Israel Experience this summer, including some of the incredible pieces of the itinerary we won't be posting on the website! We'll also be on hand to answer questions and help support you as you navigate moving forward in hopes of joining us!
