Eva is an ADHD therapist specializing in supporting kids, teens, and adults struggling with issues relating to identity, belonging, and the human experience. Eva is warm and collaborative EMDR-certified trauma therapist who works from their lived experience and integrates creative expression into their use of effective healing modalities like EMDR and parts-work.
Eva welcomes clients who need a creative and non-judgmental approach to therapy. They have extensive experience working with young adults in their 20s, 30s and early 40s in life transitions, whether that be having a baby, gender transitions, or relationship changes. They also enjoy working with teens and children on processing day-to-day challenges like making and keeping friends, processing emotions, self-harming urges, understanding their nervous system and exploring identity.
