
You may look successful on the outside—competent, responsible, and accomplished—but inside, you’re exhausted. Maybe anxiety has become a constant companion. Maybe your inner critic is relentless, no matter how much you achieve. Maybe thoughts about food, weight, or your body take up more space than you’d like to admit.
I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, perfectionism, body image concerns, and eating disorders. I particularly enjoy working with people who struggle with self-criticism, self-doubt, and the feeling that they are never quite good enough, despite evidence to the contrary. I also work from a weight-inclusive perspective and welcome clients who are seeking a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies.
As a Jewish therapist, I understand that our identities, families, communities, and histories can shape how we experience the world. I welcome Jewish clients seeking a therapist who understands these contexts, and I also work with many Jewish and Zionist clients who have experienced increased anxiety, grief, isolation, or a sense of alienation since October 7 and are looking for a space where those experiences do not need to be explained.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Drawing from psychodynamic, relational, and behavioral therapies, I help clients better understand longstanding patterns, heal underlying wounds, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others. Together, we can work toward greater self-compassion, authenticity, and freedom from the patterns that no longer serve you.
