The therapeutic process can be one of liberation, insight, and deep compassion for your own humanity. Pain, trauma, shame, and the disappointments of life affect not only our minds, but also our bodies and spirits. As your therapist, I hold hope for your healing and growth. I work collaboratively and relationally, honoring the unique pace and wisdom of your process. Healing is a creative journey. My approach is multi-disciplinary, rooted in both evidence-based practices and deep attunement to the body. As a Somatic Psychotherapist, I understand that true integration requires engaging the whole body, mind and nervous system.
I have over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through anxiety, life transitions, breakups, fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, motherhood, and trauma. Since October 7th, I have been dedicated to supporting the Jewish community through grief groups and trauma counselling. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ communities and those in open or non-traditional relationships.
I am also a friendship specialist and teach classes on the art of building and sustaining meaningful friendships — a vital yet often overlooked part of our emotional wellbeing.
In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I bring over two decades of experience as a yoga teacher, birth doula, group facilitator and I am also a flower essence practitioner. These practices support a deeper connection to the body and emotional landscape, helping you feel more grounded, integrated, and resourced as you move through life.
