Sessions may weave together traditional talk therapy, somatic work, art, music, movement, spirituality, and energy healing, all tailored to your unique needs and pace — because no two people, or journeys, are the same.
As the daughter of immigrants, a married mother of three, and a member of the sandwich generation, I bring deep empathy and lived experience to every session. Fluent in English and Hebrew, I work with a culturally sensitive lens informed by years of living overseas and working with people from diverse Jewish backgrounds — Ashkenazi, Sephardi, Mizrachi, interfaith, secular, and everything in between.
Together we’ll work to uncover the insight and resilience already within you, building real tools to help you cope, grow, and thrive. Healing comes from within — my role is to walk alongside you, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your inner world and reconnect with your most authentic self.
