Profile
Hi, I’m Dani. My clients tend to be thoughtful, curious people who have spent years working on growth and healing, yet still find themselves facing familiar patterns in relationships, work, or life.
I lean toward strengths-based approaches to trauma recovery, and my work draws from Attachment Theory, IFS, Systems Thinking, and somatic approaches. No one is broken; our coping mechanisms make sense when viewed in the context of family, culture, identity, and lived experience. The question is, how do we move forward from here?
As someone who discovered I was Autistic and ADHD in my 30s, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted by navigating environments not designed with us in mind. In addition to supporting neurodivergent adults and people with disabilities, I work with people recovering from emotional abuse or neglect; navigating questions of identity, belonging, and ethnic or religious marginalization; or seeking greater meaning and purpose.
My coaching style is warm, thoughtful, and direct. Intuition, bodily sensations, complexity, and humor are all welcome here. During our sessions, I’ll be taking notes and digging into what your language and story reveal, uncovering beliefs that may be shaping your choices. Sometimes that means finding the one Jenga piece supporting a framework built around an old survival strategy, creating space for more freedom, choice, and possibility.
Jewish note: My parents met one another on a kibbutz in 1972. I’m half Ashkenazi half Sephardic and was raised with eastern traditions like Hinduism and Buddhism. I would describe myself as a secular yet spiritual JewBu, and I 100% support the right of Jews to self-govern in our ancestral homeland.
