Dr. Ayelet Hirshfeld is a licensed clinical psychologist, Lacanian psychoanalyst, psychotraumatologist, and consultant with more than two decades of experience spanning clinical practice, psychoanalysis, trauma, psychological assessment, clinical supervision, research, teaching, and organizational consultation.
Her clinical work focuses particularly on trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation, attachment, and complex psychological presentations. Her approach brings together clinical psychology, Lacanian psychoanalysis, trauma-informed treatment, and EMDR, with careful attention to the singularity of each person’s experience.
