In my work I encourage people to move through their life journeys with more compassion and acceptance. I feel privileged to provide a safe space for healing and growth to happen. I weave together skills from CBT, DBT and ACT, holding them all in mind while keeping my focus centered on the human being who is so much more than any theory can describe. As a Focusing-Oriented Therapist, I draw on the richness that comes from allowing and welcoming all the constantly shifting parts that live in us.
