My specialties are neurodiversity, sex and solutions. As a multi-certified sex educator, sexual assault counselor, women’s nonfiction author and autistic woman, I help with relationships, sexual trauma and dysfunction, and body image. I like working with couples, women with mysterious health issues, and anyone with big feelings. As a former psychedelics journalist, I also love helping clients integrate journeys. If you’ve been doubted, invalidated or put down, I’ve got you. This disconnects us from our truth. I’m here to return you to the place you were in as a child, where your body and heart guide you toward fun and fulfillment.

I draw from dialectical behavior therapy, which helps those with big feelings thrive through practical exercises and worksheets, and existential therapy, which helps clients find meaning in life through spiritual/philosophical exploration. I also occasionally bring in Jungian modalities such as dream analysis. I am diversity and justice-minded. Clients appreciate that I help them brainstorm concrete solutions to their problems.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, open-minded, and empowering. I’m here to listen, not place my perspective above yours. I believe we better ourselves not by fixing our flaws but by seeing how perfect we are.
