Shalom! I’m Staci Levine, a compassionate therapist dedicated to fostering a supportive, client-centered environment where you can feel safe exploring life’s challenges. With experience working with individuals and families ages 12 to 90+, my specialties include self-esteem, emotional regulation, identity development, ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and providing support for highly sensitive, LGBTQ+, and Jewish individuals and families.
I was raised as a Reform Jew, which instilled in me a deep appreciation for cultural and spiritual diversity within the Jewish experience. This background informs my work with Jewish individuals and families, where I offer a supportive space to explore identity, tradition, and personal values. I am dedicated to honoring each person’s unique relationship with Judaism, whether through spiritual, cultural, or familial connections.
My approach is holistic and multi-disciplinary, blending evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and ACT with integrative somatic trauma therapy, mindfulness, walk & talk therapy, expressive arts, and yoga therapy. I am committed to a personalized, strengths-based journey that empowers you to gain insights, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being.
Taking the first step toward change can feel challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm and welcoming space where you’ll feel heard and understood. When you reach out, we can set up a consultation to see if I’m the right fit for you. If not, I’ll gladly provide referrals. Together, we’ll work toward the healing and growth you deserve.
