Profile
My practice is a place for people who have been holding emotional pain for a long time. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and highly attuned to others—but often struggle to offer that same care inward. You might be someone who learned early on to stay small, stay quiet, or stay strong for others. Maybe you’re exhausted from over-functioning, feeling anxious no matter how much you’ve achieved, or stuck in relational patterns that leave you feeling unseen, misunderstood, or alone. Maybe you’ve been in therapy before and didn’t feel fully met.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in the trusting relationship you develop with your therapist. You deserve a space where you are welcomed with respect, never judged, and are comfortable in your utmost vulnerability. I offer a warm, steady presence—someone who’s really listening, not just to your words but to the things that go unsaid. Together, we explore your emotional landscape at a pace that feels safe. We work gently with the parts of you that are still trying to protect you. We create space for grief, for clarity, and for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I integrate somatic awareness, attachment theory, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and depth-oriented approaches. What that really means is that I pay attention to your nervous system, your body, and your story—not just your thoughts. I believe that insight is important, but change happens when we also feel understood in the places where words haven’t reached. This is therapy for people who want to go deeper.
I became a therapist in honor of my mother, who was also a therapist and passed away when I was a teenager. Her presence continues to shape the way I show up in this work—with compassion, humility, and respect for the complexity of each person’s story. I understand what it’s like to carry grief that isn’t always visible. I also know that healing doesn’t mean getting rid of your past—it means creating more room inside yourself for the present.
I offer individual therapy to adults across California via secure video sessions, and in person at my office in San Francisco. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcomes clients of all identities and backgrounds. I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, relational pain, life transitions, identity questions, and the long echoes of early emotional wounds. I work well with people who are sensitive, insightful, and searching for something that maybe doesn’t have words yet.
If you’ve been holding things quietly for too long, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a place to rest, explore, and slowly come back into connection—with yourself, and with what matters most.
