I work with adults navigating grief, trauma, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and moments of feeling overwhelmed. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, and I don’t take that lightly-it matters to me that you feel met in that.
My goal is to create a space that feels warm, real, and nonjudgmental-where you can be honest about what’s hard, sort through what you’re carrying, and start to understand yourself more clearly. We look at both what’s happening now and the patterns underneath it, while also finding practical ways to help you move forward.
I want you to leave sessions feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and more steady in yourself. Clients often describe our work as supportive, honest, and compassionate -with some humor when it fits.
Over time, this work helps you feel more confident in your choices, clearer in your relationships, and less alone in it all.
I offer morning, daytime, and evening and night appointments to help make scheduling easier.
