I’m a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who works with children (ages 3–12), adolescents, young adults, and families. I specialize in play-based therapy and supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with Autism and ADHD. As an Autistic ADHDer myself, I bring both lived experience and clinical training to my work, creating a space where clients feel seen, accepted, and empowered.
With young children, I use play-based modalities like Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), AutPlay Therapy, and Filial Therapy to support emotional expression and connection. I also offer Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) and collaborate closely with caregivers, recognizing the vital role they play in a child’s growth.
While play is at the heart of my work with children, I also support teens, young adults, and parents using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and motivational interviewing. I believe therapy works best when it’s built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re not sure what to expect. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can talk through your questions, explore your goals, and decide together if we’re a good fit.
I am a Social Work Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Wendy Radding, LCSW, RPT, CATP, and am pursuing certification as a Registered Play Therapist under the supervision of Rachel Altvater, PsyD, RPT-S.
