I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist offering virtual therapy to teens, adults, and families across New York. I bring lived experience as a cancer survivor, parent, and caregiver to my work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, parenting stress, chronic illness, and relationships. With warmth, honesty, and deep empathy, I help people feel safe, understood, and capable of healing.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a stay-at-home mom raising two children with very different needs. We went through it all: learning disabilities, anxiety, school advocacy, substance use, physical disabilities, and medical setbacks. Our family has faced cancer, surgeries, caregiving, and complex trauma, and we did it while trying to stay connected to each other and ourselves. So much of what I understand now about parenting, marriage, recovery, and resilience was learned the hard way. That lived experience shapes my work every day.
