I work with adult individuals and couples from a place of open-mindedness, curiosity, and sex-positivity. My background as a therapist includes training in Gestalt, somatic- and mindfulness-based methods, couples therapy, sex therapy, and knowledge of the Enneagram. My clients include those with liminal, multifacted, “passing,” or “invisible” identities that may not fit neatly into boxes and who may feel like outsiders in some spaces. They may be Jewish, bisexual, and/or nonmonogamous. Some are creative; work in tech; would like to explore their sexuality more; approach gender, relationships, or parenting with fluidity or nontraditionally; want support in parenting or blending families; are LGBTQ+; are in conventional relationships or seeking support in determining if nonmonogamy or monogamy is right for them; are in a multicultural or interfaith relationship; are Burners; experience themselves as anxious, sensitive, or neurodivergent; are re-evaluating aspects of their lives as young adults, at mid-life, or beyond; or are members of marginalized groups. Your various parts are welcome in my therapy practice.
