Many of us reach adulthood feeling like we missed the day that they passed out an instruction manual about life. We wear a mask, but on the inside, we are anxious, overstimulated, depressed and/or confused. I work with Neurodivergent people at different points of understanding about their challenges. Whether you were formally diagnosed or suspect that you might be Autistic or ADHD, I help you understand how your brain works and learn to accept yourself as you are. Together we can figure out how to accommodate yourself, validate yourself and advocate for yourself so that you can live a more authentic and peaceful lice.
My approach is Neurodivergent affirming and trauma focused. My sessions are virtual so I can accommodate any specific communication needs you have.
