I work with individual adults across the lifespan, including young adults, middle adults and adults who’ve been around a bit longer. Clients come to me after experiencing trauma, loss or changes in life or health circumstances that leave them feeling like previous ways of coping are no longer working. Clients may be seeking relief from symptoms of anxiety, grief, burnout, PTSD, caregiving burden, adjustment to illness, adjustment to new normal, feelings of overwhelm, fear, loneliness, sadness, uncertainty or simply feeling “off.” I specialize in treating individuals living with illness, as well as healthcare professionals, first responders and military servicepersons seeking support from a therapist who “gets” the culture & has the skills/experience to help.
Getting to know each individual client and drawing from experience and a number of different therapeutic interventions, together we tailor a personalized plan to help you feel better at a pace that’s right for you. You will gain knowledge, skills & strategies to regain a sense of control and find a path forward. I am easy to talk to, experienced, safe, trustworthy & do not judge. I will help you to feel better & we’ll even smile along the way.
Whether you’re new to therapy & unsure what to expect; talked out from therapy & still struggling; or anything in between, I invite you to take the first step of reaching out to schedule a free, no obligation phone conversation. We can talk & I can answer your questions. My practice is inclusive of all individuals and values diversity, equity & inclusion.
