I specialize in treating OCD and related disorders including BFRBs (hair/skin picking and pulling), tic disorders, ADHD, autism, and anxiety in general. Before becoming a counselor, I was a consultant to large technology teams on their people and product management strategies so I work with many professionals on their mental health and on work, career, and job issues.
Folks often come to my practice because they’ve felt stuck doing more traditional approaches to exposure and response prevention therapy. I am always curious to find out why those interventions didn’t work and how we can use evidence based interventions in new and creative ways to bring about lasting change.
I do most of my work via telehealth across Oregon and Washington. When I’m not doing therapy, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and three kids, working in my garden, teaching religious school, and being involved in our small but vibrant SW Washington Jewish community.
