I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. At Modern Soul Therapy, I provide a warm, direct, and often humorous space for neurodivergent and anxious adults, as well as couples navigating relational challenges.
I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals, creatives, and those navigating high-pressure environments — including actors, attorneys, government workers, therapists, and ambitious young adults. My approach is collaborative and solution-focused, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I also incorporate somatic work.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, ADHD, or complex family dynamics, I aim to support you in problem-solving, building insight, and finding strategies that actually work for your life. I’m here to listen — and also to challenge you in ways that are compassionate, grounded, and ultimately empowering. Together, we’ll work to get you unstuck and moving toward the life you envision.
We'll be available to share more exciting information about our Israel Experience this summer, including some of the incredible pieces of the itinerary we won't be posting on the website! We'll also be on hand to answer questions and help support you as you navigate moving forward in hopes of joining us!
