I am a licensed clinical therapist with experience dealing with difficult life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. These issues never exist in a vacuum, and almost always become entangled with each other, becoming overwhelming at times.

We may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other techniques.
