I am a licensed psychologist (HI and CA) with experience in integrated care settings, university counseling centers, and private practice settings. I work with many presenting concerns and am especially interested in working with adults with ADHD and other neurodiversities. I have also worked in health settings, and can support patients navigating health concerns and healthcare workers. Outside of my practice, I teach and am passionate about educating others about psychology. I believe in Tikkun Olam and frequently volunteer my time with organizations responding to trauma and crises. Most recently, that has meant time with the Jewish Community Mental Health Initiative (JCMHI) In that role, I help coordinate services and provide outreach support and workshops to the Jewish community to help Jews cope with antisemitism.
I identify as Jewish and connect across the observance spectrum. I work well with people seeking a semi-structured approach to treatment. I can provide both long- and short-term services depending on your needs. I am integrated in my approach with patients, and often pull from cognitive-behavioral and relational theories. Underlying all of my work is a Biopsychosocial and culturally humble approach to health.
