Each of us carries a unique spark of the Divine, and each of us is also an inseparable part of the web of life. ~ Viktor Frankl
To journey with clients is a great privilege. Therapeutic space is a sanctuary for gaining clarity and cultivating strategic growth where we process worries, sorrows, joys and aspirations while navigating complex challenges. My therapeutic approach has a foundation in Logotherapy/Existential Analysis and incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Rapid Desensitization, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. I am EMDR-certified and have an Advanced Certificate through the The Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy in Israel (in conjunction with the original VFI of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis in Vienna).
I have 20+ years experience supporting adult clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. Niche areas include high-ability clients (often are identified as gifted) who’re navigating strong emotional intensities, perfectionism, a sense of aloneness, and/or other existential challenges. My approach has helped a broad range of professionals and academics as well as graduate and professional and undergraduate students. I also support clients who’re navigating life-threatening food allergies (including OIT patients), chronic illness, perinatal mental health issues, and perinatal loss. Supporting those navigating the challenges of interfaith families is an additional interest.
