About My Psychiatry Practice
Improving your mental health is a deeply personal journey, and I am honored to walk alongside you as a trusted partner in this exploration. A strong, genuine connection between patient and psychiatrist is vital to achieving the best outcomes, and I take pride in offering an authentic, compassionate, and understanding experience to all of my patients. In my practice, I treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions in adults using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy, medication when necessary, mindfulness, lifestyle modifications, and more.
With a deep connection to and understanding of the Jewish community, I am well-versed in the complexities of Jewish identity. I am attuned to the many nuances of religious observance, social and community dynamics, and the layered connection to Israel. My practice is trauma-informed, and I am particularly focused on addressing inter-generational trauma, which is a significant issue within our community. I am also sensitive to the struggles of those grappling with faith and identity, and I offer a supportive environment for self-discovery and reconciliation.
I am licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, offering both virtual telehealth services and in-person appointments.
