I work from an existential-humanistic perspective with individual adults in the San Francisco Bay Area, primarily in-person. My approach is deeply experiential and relational, focusing on ways of being and relating that my clients manifest in session and helping them to become more aware of the self- and world-constructs that underlie their experiences and actions. I make use of client-centered and psychodynamic approaches as well. I work with a wide range of clients and particularly enjoy working with young adults, people who are willing to go deep and tap into their creativity, and people who are experiencing existential crises that impact their sense of self. I specialize in self-esteem, anxiety, life transitions, and relational issues.
