Through a therapeutic relationship built on trust and genuine care, we can identify what feels helpful and find ways of being in the world that feel better to you.
Prior to starting my therapy practice, I was an oncology social worker for many years. This meaningful work allowed me to get to know amazing people going through experiences that felt painful, life-altering and at times, full of hope.
