I am an eclectic, non-traditional, 3G therapist supporting individuals, college-age and above, who want to build their most satisfying life and version of self. We work together to rewrite troubling beliefs, develop positive and effective coping and self-care strategies, and keep a focus on the present when considering the past. I have expertise in supporting individuals who are going through or considering major life transitions, are recovering from concussion/brain injury, and/or who struggle with PTSD, AD/HD, executive dysfunction, anxiety, depression, parenting, and other neuropsychiatric or neurodevelopment conditions.
As a neuropsychologist, I use a process and solution oriented, eclectic approach to therapy. Depending upon individual needs, goals, and availability, I build out treatment using a mix of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, and Ayurvedic (Eastern) Medicine. Treatment is offered for both short- and long-term needs.
I am a neurospicy, Haddonfield native with unique understanding of community needs in this and surrounding areas. I am grandchild to two Holocaust survivors, a U.S. Veteran, and a sister of four Catholic nuns. I am involved with 3rd Generation Descendants from WWII, and dependent on comfort levels, I bring Sadie, my therapy dog in training, to the office.
