I am a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience specializing in pregnancy and postpartum mental health, anxiety, depression, OCD, loss, family dynamic, and parenting struggles. Sessions with me are conversational, interactive and focus on what you want to achieve in therapy.
My goal in sessions is to help you feel comfortable and truly heard so we can begin examining patterns that are preventing you from moving toward your goals. I use a combination of approaches to improve emotional regulation, such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am always open to feedback on what you find helpful in sessions and will tailor my approach to your needs
