I’m a licensed psychotherapist providing therapy for women navigating anxiety, overwhelm, relationship stress, and the emotional weight of carrying so much for others. Many of the women I work with are used to being the responsible one — managing family life, work, and the constant mental load that often comes with motherhood.
As a Jewish therapist, I understand that cultural identity, family expectations, and community experiences can shape the way we move through the world. In the current climate, many Jewish parents are also navigating the added stress and uncertainty that comes with rising antisemitism — including concerns about safety, difficult conversations with children, and the emotional impact of these realities on family life. Therapy can be a place to process these experiences openly while also supporting your overall emotional well-being.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on understanding the broader context of a person’s life, including relationships, life transitions, and the mind–body connection. I offer in-person therapy in Westlake Village, California and telehealth sessions throughout California and New York.
