If you or a loved one are going through a difficult time then you have come to the right place!
I’m Beth, a Clinical Social Worker, and I’m here to help you navigate the ups and downs that inevitably happen in life. We are often told that we are weak if we ask for help, so I’m also here to dispel that falsehood and show you that asking for and receiving help is one of the most courageous and strongest things you can do. You don’t have to suffer in silence and I can help to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety, explore identity and sexual orientation, work on issues concerning LBGTQ+, grief, trauma, or whatever it is that you would like to focus on. Whether it’s a hard time in a relationship, issues at work, a difficult diagnosis, or just a rough few months that are getting to you, I am here to figure out how to cope and find your resiliency. I feel a safe space with empathy, compassion, creativity, and some humor combined with my clinical skills are the best way to get you to the place you want to be.
