I have heard from many people in the Jewish community that they are hesitant to join therapy as they are unsure of the opinions and beliefs that are held by the therapist they choose or how their struggles and their identity will be received. There is so much ongoing trauma, anxiety, and feelings of fear and loneliness due to rising antisemitism and the ongoing crisis in Israel since October 7th; I know I have felt it, too.
I have really been dedicating my practice to helping Jewish adults and teens discuss and explore their feelings about these complex and sensitive issues. If you or someone you know is seeking support, I’m here to listen and help navigate these feelings.
Additionally, I work with adults and teens experiencing general anxiety, chronic health issues, body image, depression, life transitions, and have experience working with people with all different types of challenges so even if you are looking for someone to talk and work with about other struggles in your life or in addition to what has been going on in our community, I’m here to support you.
In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we’ll work together to gain clarity and perspective. I prioritize understanding your unique experiences, helping you uncover patterns of behavior and explore what truly matters to you. My focus is on equipping you with the skills and strategies YOU need to thrive, whether you’re processing past experiences or navigating current challenges. I’m dedicated to meeting you where you are and tailoring our approach to your individual journey, so you can build a stronger sense of self and achieve your goals.
Therapy isn’t just for times of crisis—it’s a way to sustain and enhance your mental well-being. You don’t have to wait until things reach a breaking point to seek support
