As a Jewish woman and the granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, I know the value of working with someone who gets it. And although your experience may be different from mine, I will listen to you with non-judgment and compassion.
I completed graduate studies in clinical social work (University of Pennsylvania) and Jewish communal service (Gratz College). After working at Jewish family service organizations in Seattle, Philadelphia, and Waltham, I now serve my community at a group private practice in North Chelmsford, MA where I offer LGTBQ+ affirming and socially conscious individual, family and group therapy to ages 13+. I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and I also draw on mindfulness, polyvagal theory, somatic practices, psychodrama, and psychodynamic therapy. My groups include an IFS interpersonal process group for folks who want to get to know parts of themselves that get activated in relationships.
I take most major insurances including MassHealth and Medicare.
Outside of my professional life I am a lifelong Israeli dancer, an avid reader, and a gardener.
