Participation Agreement

This Membership Agreement (the Agreement) is effective July 1, 2023, by and between The Jewish Therapist Collective, hereinafter referred to as The JTC, accessed via https://jewishtherapists.org/ with the primary business location in Phoenix, Arizona, and all current and future members of The Jewish Therapist Collective hereinafter referred to as “Member”. By accessing, browsing or using the https://jewishtherapists.org/ website or by completing the membership registration, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement hereinafter referred to as Agreement.

1. Nature of the Service

The Jewish Therapist Collective is a social listing platform facilitating the exchange of business information to the public who seek those specialized services. This socialization shall include reading the profile pages of other members and possibly even contacting them. The JTC provides its member’s benefits such as but not exclusive to: sharing your business info and services with the public.

2. User Registration and Information

The member shall fill in the correct information requested in the User Registration form on the site. Please note: Upon ad package expiration, the credit card provided will be automatically billed to renew the ad package for the upcoming ad cycle, unless the purchaser has chosen to cancel the ad package. To ensure that your ad and membership continues without interruption, please keep your payment information updated and current. For your convenience, and to enable The JTC to keep its ad prices competitive, your ad payment renewal will automatically recur one year from the date of purchase. You may cancel your membership 10 days in advance of its renewal by logging into your dashboard and updating your subscription. The member shall be required to promptly update the User Information on the site. The member shall select a username and password during the User Registration process. The member shall be responsible for: a) all use of the Site made by the Members username and password, and b) maintaining the confidentiality of the Members username and password.

3. Content

The Content includes messages and other materials posted to forums, groups, or other locations on the Site by the members of the directory. Member of the directory is deemed to grant The JTC the non-exclusive right to post, display, copy, and modify’ the Content in connection with the operation of the Site and The JTC business. Further, the Member is deemed to grant The JTC the non-exclusive right to post, display, copy and sell the Content within the limitations set by the Member during the online publishing process. Member is also deemed to authorize The JTC to disclose his/her personal data when the Member includes such personal data in the content.

4. Release

If the Member has a dispute with one or more other Members, the Member shall release The JTC (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

5. Privacy

The JTC shall not sell or rent Members personal information to third parties without Members explicit consent. The JTC shall store and process Members information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. However, The JTC shall be permitted to access and modify Members information.

6. Indemnity

Member shall indemnify and hold The JTC (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Members breach of this Agreement, or Members violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

7. No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

7. Online Directory Participation

As a listing owner renting space (member directory listing) on The JTC website, I agree to keep my featured listing and/or products in my online listing photos up to date with current items, as well as current text information. I understand the importance of removing outdated items quickly from the profile, to avoid lead disappointment and encourage return visits from any leads. It is a privilege to have my business featured, and lead satisfaction is a top priority. I understand my directory listing will be deleted from my profile page if too many consumer complaints are received.

The JTC is only responsible for the website functionality, not for each member’s services or availability. The JTC is not responsible for any loss or damages as a result of hosting your listing on The JTCs website. You agree by using The JTCs website that it is at your own risk. The JTC and its agents are held harmless and not responsible for any damages. If a listing member is not responding to you or your complaints you may contact us to report the failure. We may delete a member from our directory if they receive too many complaints.

GUIDELINES

All entries should be mental health related and The JTC reserves the right to only accept those entries that fit the profile of the site. The JTC is an organizer of the events listed on this site, however, The JTC cannot take any responsibility for, including but not limited to, openings hours, canceled events, entrance fees, experiences or recommendations, or anything that has to do with any of the events posted on this site as content is user-generated or collected from online resources. We reserve the right to reject any visuals or content that does not meet our criteria and specifications.
