An Applied Training for Clinicians Seeking Safety in Professional Learning Spaces
This two-hour workshop on January 15 at 10am PT / 1pm ET will provide participants with a broad overview of the preparation, survival, and recovery phases of moving through cultural incompetence and abusive behavior at professional learning events and within professional association spaces. Participants will be guided through a decision tree-based model around attendance, participation, and advocacy choices as well as best practices in documentation, allyship, and resourcing.
