Hey there! I’m Goldie, and I believe therapy doesn’t have to be stuffy to be transformative (life’s too short for therapy to be a drag, right?). As a licensed clinical social worker living with ADHD, I’m passionate about helping adults 18+ in New York work through the barriers stopping them from living their best, most joyful, and intentional lives.
My approach? It’s collaborative, trauma-informed, and designed to help you move from surviving to thriving. I blend evidence-based techniques (CBT, IFS, Brainspotting, ART) with warmth, understanding, and a touch of humor when life gets heavy.
I specialize in:
Having navigated my own journey of questioning and leaving Orthodox observance, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with religious transitions, family dynamics, and rebuilding identity. Whether you’re questioning your faith, already on a different path, or healing from religious experiences, I get the complexity of these transitions—both personally and professionally.
What to expect: A judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, practical strategies you can use in real life, and a therapist who truly sees and celebrates your progress. Virtual sessions make support accessible wherever you are in your journey.
Ready to create a life that feels authentically yours? Let’s connect.
