I’m Anna Schofield, AKA Nechama, a Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to providing warm, down-to-earth, and deeply attuned care to individuals, couples, and families. I am passionate about supporting  Jews and Israelis, as well as anyone seeking safety, connection, and healing. I believe in creating a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and experiences, particularly as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, parenting challenges, infertility, and loss.

With many years of experience, practicing since 2017, I specialize in:
